Receptionist

Role and Responsibilities
The receptionist is a vital part of the office team. The purpose of the receptionist is to help make sure that the clients are receiving the help from the qualified office personnel.

Greet clients and answer phone calls

Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing.

Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements using word, processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office, Xero, or other programs

Assist with overall maintenance of the organization and its offices.

Ensure that the customers and applicants are treated with respect, dignity, and are responded to in a timely manner.

General cashier responsibilities to include but not limited to couniting money, creating invoices, and overall responsibility of the cash register

Assist and perform other duties as assigned

Help maintain a clean office environment
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently

Ability to deal effectively with phone and email inquiries

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Proficiency in Google Drive (Google Docs and Google Sheets, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

1-2 years of customer service experience in customer service
-
High School degree or equivalent
