HISTORY
M&A Tax Group, has been serving our community since 2004 as a tax service provider but also a fully-integrated financial services company. Its founder, Ricardo Martinez, created the company under the core purpose of building a value with values.
Over the years, M&A Tax Group has broadened its services’ offerings and expanded its geographic reach to better assist public/private companies, and individuals in reaching their entrepreneurial goals through audit, tax, advisory risk, performance services, business management and much more.
